Polaroid Purple 600 Film

I shot the Polaroid Purple 600 Film using an SX-70 (with ND filter) in daylight on a lightly overcast day. The film produces a very distinctive purple colour palette, giving the images an immediately creative and artistic feel.

Personally, I found the overall exposure a little too dark, and there isn't as much contrast between the highlights and shadows as I would have liked. Still, that is also part of its charm. The unpredictable and unusual colour rendition makes it fun to work with, and the results have a strong, almost dreamlike quality.

It may not be my first choice for everyday photography, but the Polaroid Purple 600 is definitely a film I enjoy experimenting with. It's a highly creative film that produces truly artistic results and one that deserves a place in my film collection (and two more packages in the fridge!).
